I take the privacy and security of visitors' and customers’ personal information through Chaco Webworks very seriously. I am committed to keeping all information collected through my website confidential and secure, and I will not share your contact information.

Terms of Service

I am committed to representing you and your business through your website to the best of my ability. When purchasing a CWW Build package, you are paying for my assistance in creating your website, or making agreed-upon changes to your existing website, or other tasks within the scope of our outlined agreement. However, I am not responsible for the success of your business.

After your project is completed, your website is published, and you are comfortable maintaining your website, Chaco Webworks is not responsible for ongoing support or additional work. Each CWW Build package also includes access to video tutorials to support you as you maintain your website; this list is not exhaustive or unlimited.

If you have questions about your website after it is completed, it will be your responsibility to seek information and solutions using the Squarespace Help Center’s articles and Squarespace chat/email support. Or you can purchase additional appointment sessions with me for help.

Support/Return Policy

My web design services include: helping you build and design your site and understand how it functions; adding back-end systems to support your website’s operations; creating Squarespace interfaces to advertise and sell your products; and ensuring your website is functional once launched. I want you to be a happy CWW customer, and I will do everything I can to ensure that your website meets your expectations. Refunds of any kind will not be possible after your website has been launched or the project has been completed.

My web design services do not include: social media support, tax or financial advice, product development support (for physical products or digital content), help determining shipping details beyond setting up the Squarespace interface, or other general business advice.

By purchasing products and agreeing to the client-related contract, you are agreeing to the general terms and conditions of this website.
